Graphic Designer/Motion Graphics (2 positions)

Busy Production House looking for 2 creative graphic designer/motion graphics artists to work in-house on a contract basis.

The FIRST POSITION is for an artist to work on the production of a youthful episodic series. The responsibilities of the position will include prepping and animating artwork provided by the art director. Other tasks will include designing & producing episodic motion graphics as required; green screen removal and compositing; minor visual effects work. Must be well-versed in After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop, have a keen eye for typography and design. To apply for this position include the term "Motion Graphics Artist" in your subject line.

The SECOND POSITION is for an After Effects artist with a wealth of experience working with 2.5D photo animation. We are producing a music-based documentary series with a substantial amount of archival photography and artwork that we need to make come alive in interesting and creative ways. This means prepping files in Photoshop and bringing them to life tastefully in After Effects. Proficiency in a 3D platform such as Cinema 4D is a bonus but not necessary. Both positions will require you to work IN-HOUSE at our studio in Toronto on our Mac-based systems. We are looking for applicants who are eager to work in a collaborative team environment, who can take direction and produce great quality creative work on schedule.
