What are we looking for?

Our Whites Toronto location is currently looking to add a full time permanent Commercial Client Service Manager. Reporting to the VP/GM Whites Toronto the main duties are as follows:

•Marketing and promotion of Whites products and services to commercial customers.
•Maintain a visible presence for Whites with clients and crew through frequent set visits; (for feedback on services, equipment, etc.) in conjunction with Assistant Commercial Manager.
•Monitor commercial equipment inventory to ensure it is kept up to date and competitive in terms of offerings and technology and provide recommendations to senior management for opportunities for modifications and upgrading.
•Be proactive in the follow up on new leads and business opportunities;
•Visiting existing commercial production companies (with other department heads) to establish and maintain strong relationships.
•Obtain feedback on improvements.
•Liaise with other Whites divisions and locations.
•Provide leadership and management of commercial and package truck personnel.
•Ability to work after hours on occasion and weekends on occasions to attend industry events and receptions and the like to attend.
•Calculate monthly and quarterly revenue projections for all departments and submit to COO/EVP and VP/General Manager, Whites Toronto, when requested.
•Work closely with VP/General Manager Whites Toronto, Assistant Commercial Manager, Lighting & Grip Package Truck Manager, Whites Camera, Whites Specialty Equipment and Whites Location Equipment Supply on collaborative packaging for bids and quotes.
•Support and promote new initiatives including but not limited to the following: Whitespace Studio, LED Interactive Wall, Live Broadcast Events.
•Notify VP/General Manager Whites Toronto of any operational issues likely to affect customer service;
•Work with Assistant Commercial Manager to verify commercial billing accuracy and sign off on approval so the final billing process can take place on both new and existing clients.
•Sign off any monthly credits/rebates from existing Commercial Production clients and submit reports to VP/General Manager Whites Toronto. (Assistant Commercial Manger support role)
•Coordinate daily priorities and procedures with Assistant Commercial Manager, Package Truck Supervisor on a daily basis; and other departments on a regular basis.
•Other duties as required.

Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years commercial production industry experience.
•Exceptional track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
•Exhibited experience in a progressive sales positions.
•Previous experience in commercial production management and/or producing.
•Team management and leadership.
•Excellent management skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Working knowledge of all aspects of equipment.
•Proficient with Microsoft suite and other computer programs.
