We’re looking for a part-time bookkeeper/admin. Our ideal candidate is a finance person with the ability and willingness to take on other projects and office work as required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Accounts payable & receivable, journal entries and monthly reconciliation

Preparation of quarterly HST filings

Organizing of documents

Generating financial reports

Administrative duties


Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience

Proficient in cloud-based accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)

Experience working in the film/TV industry
