What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Client Services Representative with Whites Camera. This position is located in our Toronto office and reports to the Manager, Client Services. The main duties are as follows:

•Collection of all job-related information, including job name, production type, job dates and job contact information.
•Assist, when applicable, in the collection of all required customer information, including insurance certification, customer contacts, shipping and billing addresses.
•Receive equipment requests from customers (primarily via phone/email).
•Enter equipment orders and generate quotes for projects as needed.
•Provide day to day support to productions in the regional offices.
•Receive approval from customers for all rentals, and any associated costs.
•Procure and process any required subrentals ensuring accurate pricing, PO creation, and communication with clients, vendors, and shipping teams.
•Communicate any equipment request changes with production staff in a timely manner. Ensure all pricing/costs associated with any changes are approved by the customer prior to the release of equipment.
•Liaise with the Whites Camera team (including prep technicians, technicians and driver) during camera preps.
•Process missing and damaged reports for equipment returns, sending the reports to production for approval of payment.
•Aid in the appropriate billing of orders (rentals and L&D) by ensuring their accuracy and correct billing information is on hand.
•Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the computer system and paperwork back-up.
•Field any customer concerns or complaints and ensure all concerns or complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
•Remain updated on new equipment and technologies and their uses in order to aid customers.
•Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
•Create a work environment that fosters creativity, ingenuity and high staff morale.
•Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
•Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a Production Office in an administrative role (i.e. Production Secretary, Production Coordinator, Production Manager, etc).
•Experience working in a motion picture industry rental house in a CSR role, using a rental software program would be considered an asset
•Working knowledge of production workflow and processes.
•Working knowledge of motion picture camera equipment, specifically ARRI and RED technology, would be considered an asset.
•Post-secondary education in a motion picture industry related program would be considered an asset.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.).
•Must be willing to work flexible hours.
•Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
•Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
