Media Headquarters, a leading content company in Toronto, is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant/ Office Manager.
The ideal candidate is a confident and personable individual, with a minimum of 5 years experience in administration, who enjoys wearing multiple hats. Experience in production is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong organizational and communication abilities are very important. Responsibilities include: calendar management for executive team, day-to-day office operations, managing company’s website and social media channels and maintaining relationships with outside contacts, partners and clients.
